Our platform provides funding for real estate including, conventional financing, non-recourse, restructuring and special assets loan financing.
We provide funding which offers various options for performing assets and special assets. Commercial real estate has been our focus since the firm was founded. Since our inception, we have been able to provide significant return through conventional debt placement and non-bankruptcy restructuring. As many firms were adverse to commercial real estate investments from 2007-2012, our firm, on the contrary, saw large client relationship opportunities allowing for our lending platform to grow.
